The principle focus of Environmental Logistics Incorporated (ELI) and Filter Recycling Services, Inc. (FRS) has always been “To protect the environment by recovering natural resources”.
For the past twenty years, Mr. Jon L Bennett Jr. has been dedicated to the reuse and recycling of solid and liquid waste. ELI has over 70 employees dedicated to the protection of human health and the environment. ELI operates a variety of transportation and service vehicles including roll-off trucks, vacuum tankers, end dumps, vactors and van body trucks. The FRS operation encompasses two facilities for the transfer, treatment, and recycling of hazardous waste. Other services include: hydro-blaster, jetter services and steam cleaner/pressure washer capabilities.
ELI operations include treatment of hazardous waste, transportation of liquids and solids, tank cleaning, confined space entry, product destruction, environmental consulting, scheduled services, 24 hour emergency response, and field project management of remediation projects.
FRS operates two facilities, a fully permitted TSDF in Southern California and a transfer facility in Northern California. FRS operates the largest Transportable Treatment Unit (TTU) for soil fixation and remediation. The TTU can reuse industrial waste waters and cementious material to render contaminated soils non-hazardous.
