Remediation & Site Cleanup

Our fully mobile and permitted "Transportable Treatment Unit" allows for on-site treatment to include RCRA/CAL-HAZ/NON-HAZ soils. This process reduces the time to mobilize and avoids or minimizes disposal and transportation costs. Soil processing is at times an unavoidable element of land remediation and can involve soil washing, solidification, stabilization, bioremediation, and screening.

ELI has a waste treatment, storage and disposal facility located in Southern California accepting over 90 separate waste streams including paint, oil, tires, batteries, E-waste and residential lead debris. ELI is permitted to pick up any waste from residential projects that should not be thrown in municipal trash including contaminated soil, pesticides, garage doors, windows, whole house siding and front doors and we have the ability to do this anywhere in California.

ELI has been active in San Diego working closely with local agencies to reduce discarded tire piles from Indian reservations.

Tough Industrial Jobs require maximum performance from Tough Equipment!  Our High-Rail Vacuum Truck “VACTOR” is tough enough for today’s industry standards and will efficiently clean up potential pollution problems, and respond quickly on Emergency Situations. This vehicle is self-contained and use vacuum power to remove Wet/Dry Contaminated and Unwanted Materials from your project areas.  Material that is removed is stored in the unit’s large collection tank for subsequent treatment, disposal or reuse.  Unlike other units, which are configured only for Track Use, our unit operates on Both Rail & Road!  Within minutes, it can be converted from Track-Ready to Road-Ready.
